DiligenceIQ — Pilot & Access

Thank you for your interest in DiligenceIQ. We would be glad to set you up with a no-cost evaluation trial. The key terms are set out below; the full Pilot and Evaluation Agreement accompanies this summary for your records.

Trial detail

• Platform — DiligenceIQ.
• Licence — limited, non-production trial for internal evaluation only, not for live client delivery.
• Trial period — confirmed start and end dates; access ends automatically at the end of the period.
• Users — your authorised users, within your organisation only.

Permitted use

The Platform may be used only for internal evaluation. It must not be used for live client delivery, resale, sublicensing, white-labelling, public benchmarking, or building a competing product.

Your data

You are responsible for any material you upload or submit during the trial and must ensure you have the right to use it.

No reliance

Trial outputs are for evaluation only. They may contain errors or omissions and must not be used as the sole basis for investment, transaction, client, legal, regulatory, financial or commercial decisions.

Confidentiality

Each party must keep the other party's confidential information confidential and use it only for the trial. The Platform, its outputs, documentation, pricing and product design are confidential to AI Lighthouse Partners.

Intellectual property

All rights in the Platform, including software, workflows, prompts, methods, templates, documentation and improvements, remain with AI Lighthouse Partners Limited.

Feedback

As this is a no-cost trial, you agree to provide reasonable feedback after the trial by email, form or feedback call.

No warranty

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties as to accuracy, availability, suitability or fitness for purpose.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Lighthouse Partners will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data or transaction value. AI Lighthouse Partners' total aggregate liability in connection with the trial will not exceed £100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

Either party may end the trial at any time by written notice. On termination or expiry, access will end, but confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, no reliance and governing law terms will continue to apply.

End of trial

Access ends automatically at the end of the trial period unless extended in writing. Neither party is obliged to enter into any further commercial arrangement.

Authority

By confirming acceptance, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of your organisation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Acceptance

By confirming you wish to proceed — or by accessing or using the Platform — you accept these terms and those set out in the accompanying Pilot and Evaluation Agreement. No signature is required to begin the trial, although we are happy to countersign the full agreement if you prefer.
